I love what we do: my dad started a sheet metal business when I was just a lad and when I was old enough to work I entered the business; over the years I gained experience in various types of welding, sheet metal & steel fabrication, miscellaneous metals design, millwright work, mechanical & process piping, and steel erection.
While working for my dad I also learned about supervision and management in roles in which I was placed within the business and the time eventually came in which I was placed in a position of ownership. I owe any continued success to the grace of my Lord & Savior Jesus Christ: I also want to acknowledge & thank my dad for his hard work and Christian example.
In November of 1998 and burdened with sin (Luke 5:32), I called upon the name of the Lord Jesus Christ (Romans 10:13) in repentance and faith (Acts 20:21). The Lord Jesus heard me and cleansed me (Revelation 1:5) and I was born again (John chapter 3) with new life (2 Corinthians 5:17). This is the best thing that has ever happened to me and it changed my life forever. Honestly, I still experience troubles and trials, and I struggle against temptations and sins, but it is also true that the Lord Jesus has brought lasting hope, peace, fulfillment, and purpose that I never found in what this world offers; and I desire to fellowship with and to please my Lord more today than I ever have. If you are willing and able, then I covet your prayers to this end.
I also hope that you too have seen the grace of God in your life and have realized the need to come to the Lord Jesus Christ to be cleansed of sin and to be born from above. The Lord Jesus is merciful and gracious and able and willing to cleanse you from all sin & unrighteousness. He humbled Himself and came to seek and to save those who are lost: those who are without hope and without God in the world (Luke 19:10) (Ephesians 2:12). And if you can humble yourself and come to this truth (1 Timothy 2:4) then you too can escape the wrath to come and receive the free gift of salvation & eternal life (John 3:16) (John 3:36) (John 6:40, 47).

Francis family members are key players in managing daily business operations.

Francis Steel Incorporated is a North Carolina based S-Corporation.

We work mainly on Federal construction projects, with a secondary line of work on municipal and institutional construction projects. We do not provide any residential services.

We maintain a current AISC Certified Steel Erector (CSE) qualification.

We can provide a full structural and miscellaneous package for fabrication & erection to include AISC certification for the fabrication shop.

We are driven by our commitment to safety, quality, professionalism, and integrity.
|
We prefer to operate only in North Carolina, but we will consider work in other states in certain cases.
